🔄 Returns & Refund Policy

Returns

  • We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging.

  • To initiate a return, please contact us at info@djessentialsmart.com with your order number.

Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email.

  • Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Exchanges

  • At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different item, please return your original purchase and place a new order.

Damaged or Defective Items

  • If your order arrives damaged or defective, please email us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the product and packaging. We’ll send a replacement or issue a refund.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Custom or personalized items are final sale and cannot be returned unless defective.

  • Clearance or discounted items are also final sale.
